Hi I'm Steph
Thinking about starting therapy but not sure where to begin? You’re not alone and taking that first step can feel big. It’s completely okay to have questions.
I’m an integrative therapist based in Manchester, offering a warm, supportive space to help you make sense of what’s going on and move towards positive change. I work collaboratively and adapt my approach to suit you there’s no one-size-fits-all here. I offer both in-person and online therapy, so you can access support in a way that feels right for you whether that’s face-to-face or from the comfort of your own home.
Being integrative means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, so we can find what works best for you. My work is collaborative, flexible, and always tailored to your unique needs no one-size-fits-all here. Together, we can work towards meaningful and lasting change.
Like many, I’ve experienced and recovered from anxiety, periods of feeling lost especially before my own late ADHD diagnosis. Therapy gave me the space to make sense of those feelings, reconnect with myself, and build the tools I needed to move forward.
For me therapy was transformational, sounds cliche but true!
Now, I use that insight and lived experience to support others on their own journey. Helping people reconnect with themselves and move through life with more confidence and self-compassion.
My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and always tailored to you. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not quite yourself, therapy with me is about creating a space where you can be fully heard, without pressure, without judgement. I'm passionate about helping you work towards your goals, at a pace that is comfortable for you.
I'm a mum to two daughters one adult, one teen and they keep me both grounded and on my toes! Over time, I've come to appreciate the simple pleasures that help me stay balanced, getting outdoors, discovering new places and burning off energy at the gym. You can usually find me enjoying a good coffee (especially in a new city). I like to explore yoga, breath-work, and self-development workshops, either solo or with friends. These practices help me feel present, connected, and bring a fresh perspective to my work.
