Over the years, I’ve developed a deep interest in supporting people through challenges I’ve seen affect so many — both personally and professionally. I have a special interest in helping teens and adults with:
Maybe you're feeling stuck, constantly second-guessing yourself, or finding it hard to trust your own voice. Life events such as; relationship breakdowns, career changes, family pressures, or simply burnout, can really shake our sense of who we are. Therapy offers the space to explore those feelings, rebuild confidence, and develop tools to help you move forward with more clarity and self-trust.
My work is grounded in empathy, honesty, and a belief that you already hold the strength to make lasting changes. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin, just a willingness to start.
Alongside my therapy work, I have a strong interest in supporting adults and young people with ADHD, AuDHD, particularly those who are late-diagnosed or self-identifying.
If you’ve recently discovered you may have spent years masking, feeling misunderstood, or wondering why things feel harder for you than for others.
I see you.
You might be asking:
Our work together can help you unpack these questions. I support clients in exploring their diagnosis (or suspicions), Whether this is a curiosity or navigating the experience of a recent or late diagnosis. I provide a supportive space to explore these challenges. Together we can review personal history and life experiences to help build a clearer picture, which may assist in pursuing further assessment or in providing supporting evidence for schools, workplaces or healthcare professionals. We'll work together to navigate the emotional impact that often comes with ADHD , build self-compassion, and find strategies that work with your unique brain, not against it. This is a space where you don’t need to 'mask' or explain yourself, you get to show up exactly as you are.
I offer both online and face-to-face therapy sessions.
